Baby has fever 99.5
My mom had fever 100.2 and vomiting headache. She got medicine paracetamol and Antibiotics. Next day she doesn't have fever but weakness, there. She cough very little, mucus or throat irritation very littl she had lik morning. Then shes fine.
My baby three month old . Was 5.4 kg at 10 weeks. Temperature was normal from two days but body felt warm. Today afternoon hes sleeping only . When i woke him up for feed hes coughing. And has temperature 99.5. i gave calpol 0.6 ml suggested my doctor long back.
What to do now??

It may be viral
Observe the baby for nose block or nasal sound fever more that 100 or any respiratory difficulty
If so
Start medicine then only
Right now only Exclusive breastfeeding..
