Urinating every hourly denotes baby is getting enough milk,But at the same time baby should sleep properly post feed .However we have to see whether the baby is being overfed leading to regurgitatio and crying . Also please visit some pediatrics and get   weight checked  where's detail need based counselling can be done .

Frequently urine in this monsoon weather is normal sometimes but is he is crying while passing urine or fever you need to consult and do urine test
Next Steps
Consult pediatrician online or in person at clinic for further evaluation. Try to give exclusive breastfeed. If not adequate then also every time try and give breastfeed first then express breastmilk and give it with spoon then if needed give top milk. And gradually swift to exclusive breastfeed in 7-10 days
