My brother is undergoing physiotherapy for back pain, body aches etc. His physiotherapist has recommended that he supplement with baby formula milk along with usual milk as he has muscle weakness & will be doing tough exercises. Is this a normal practice.. Can adults use baby formula milk??

Baby fourmula milk is not going to help you . It’s good for babies only n it’s according to their needs . As an adult you need more protein n calcium n it won’t be fulfilled by baby milk formula
Health Tips
Consult a nutritionist for better understanding of food products
Baby supplement with milk mostly useful for babies/infants for their nutrition it won't be much effect to adults.
There are alot of supplements available for adults for better nutrition but I recommend u to go through natural foods which gives u much more energy and nutrients.
Try to take a good amount of protein, sodium and Potassium, calcium through food.
Milk with baby formula is suitable for babies as it is prepared with nutrients that are required and sufficient for infants, it wont have much effect for adults.
Though few adults uses as it has protiens whuch they think is beneficial but an adult body requires more protein and vitamins than infants/babies.
Advice you to consult with nutrionist if required more advice on supplements for adults for making muscle strong.
As per the adult body needs and composition such things not work for adults.
Next Steps
Follow balanced diet such as protein rich foods and vitamins, other essential nutrients to increase normal strength of the body.
