My baby fell down while walking and hit his chin badly.
He is acting cranky, not sleeping as usual, not eating as usual since the fall.
Should I give tetanus or worried or take him to the doctor

Tetanus may not be needed if your child is fully vaccinated for his age and his wound is clean. But as he is not feeling well; my sincere advice to obtain an opinion by a Pediatrician
