Baby feeding
My 4 week baby hardly nurses at the breast for 5 mins.He quickly falls off to sleep. He was 2.4kg at birth .Had to express milk to feed him to keep his weight gain good. Now he is 3.3 kg in a month though his feeding is very short always as he quickly falls asleep.I expressed and checked usually milk is there approx 60mL post feeds which makes me feel he is not getting good feed during direct latching

I think try to latch properly and give direct breastfeeding. And give demand feeding. If the weight gain is ok...nothing to worry. It's natural for breast milk secretion to be adequate for the baby.
