Please confirm lactose tolerance test by any good paediatrician, & take a good training from a recognized Gynecologist who was involved at the time of birth or you can contact me online for Mother's diet & feeding training. In addition I can recommend fitment way out for new mom.

Please continue the feeds as per demand.Try and keep the baby upright after feed.Do not sleep and feed the child.And if it still persists then get it checked.Sometimes the divestive tract needz some time to function effectively.
Might she have cough in the chest.due to that she is unable to suck the milk properly.vomiting happen due to cough only.plz see the peadiatrician and let chest should be examine.

I would suggest you to go for Lactose Intolerance test and meet the lactation consultant for the same.
He or she will guide you better for this problem rather then me and any other Dietician

1) First take her to regular checkup Paediatric Doctor because they will know your baby health status.
2) Baby might need sometime to adapt to the new environment. Mainly this climate.
