Baby fall from stairs

My baby yesterday fall from stairs like rolling from 6 stairs to down..and hit her face on floor.. 32 month old
On forehead black area seen I have applied turmeric
No vomit no bleed nothing no unconsciousness
Only swelling on forehead..
She is playing well.. active...
Do anything to worry..
I have given ibugesic for pain
Does this effect health...
