Baby dont sleep at night
My baby is 9 months 21 days days old, weighing 9 kg. She is teething also, she don't sleep at night peacefully, wants to change postions, she is restless whole night. She don't criee but keeps on waking up wants to sit. Earlier she was sleeping peacefully.In daytime she is perfectly fine

Hi,
Reduce day time sleep. They sleep for 10-14 hrs only.
Give a calorie dense food in the evening and light snacks or tiffin before going to bed. Keep her stomach full.
