  4. Baby crying differently. please help.

Baby crying differently... please help
My baby is 12 weeks old...he is crying differently like stretching his arm and legs same time...his eyes as well gone big for a sec.. today he did it for 3 times when I hold him to pacify and after  giving milk ..he will back to normal...is this normal???
