My 9 month old baby is suffering with sever constipation. He is trying very hard to push out the poop. Poop is green in color and sometimes coming out like small stones.
We are feeding him fruit juices, water and fruits along with breastfeeding but there is no improvement.
We even tried lactulose syrup and that too didn't work.
It's been a month that he pooped freely. Please suggest something that can help him. Thanks

If the baby is passing small pellets kind of stools..then that indicates he has severe constipation .
In this case baby needs to be evaluated.
In in diet u can add leafy vegetables, dates ,prunes ,add vegetables .Give 1-2 fruits a day directly rather than making juices.
After evaluation/ discussion with doctor laxatives can be used.
Next Steps
consultat doctor either personally or Online.
