Hi, there is discrepancy between age and anthropometric details provided in your query. Considering that baby is ~ 2 months old and suffering from vomiting, I am answering this query.
I need more details though.
1. Is baby bottle fed/ breast fed?
2. If bottle fed, his often and what amount ?
3. What is the details of vomitous?
4. Is baby burped after each feed? And what is relation if feed time, and burping with the vomiting?
5. What is birth weight and length? (And present weight is 4.5 kg).
I would be in better position to answer query after this answers.
