Baby body temperature
Hello My baby body temp increased but he is normal in activities and having food willingly do i need to concern it like fever or leave it as it is can i give paracetamol drops before his condition goes bad kindly clarify

Temperature more than or equal to 100 deg F is FEVER. Dose of paracetamol is weight based. Kindly share weight of child. Other signs and symptoms along with fever need to be seen before saying what is cause and when  child can fall sick.
