I found myslf b12 deficient n d3 deficient in the month of june 2018. I'm sufferer of tennis elbow too i took b12 shoots n d3 weekly sache. . My health improved a lot after that. I'm taking inlife b12 supplement n d3 sache. Is it fine? How much time it'll take to recover all these? Sometime i feel very tired n suffered with swear headach, especially during periods. Kindly advice me. My b12 was 154 n d3 was 9.65 in june. I didn't get it recheck.
