I got my B12 levels tested because i had tingling sensations in hand,dizziness and muscle weakness.the result was 286.does it mean iam b12 deficient?

The normal serum b12 level  is more than 300 pg/ml. Usually the normal range in different labs varies. Check the  reference level of the lab.
