It seems to be anxiety issue which is leading to the vit B12 deficiency. In any psychological issues, the nerves and muscles are hyperused. Nerves and muscles needs vit B12 to work on. So your vit B12 deficiency can only be back to normal if your Psychological issues are normal. Even if you take supplements, it will be normal for few days or months and again the levels will drop because vit B12 absorption gets hampered in anxiety or depression. Seek counseling sessions and homeopathic medicine if required. You need an expert psychologist who is a good homeopathic physician.

Hi, Please seek medical advice to address your B12 deficiencies. Ensure you are consuming nutritious and balanced diet that supports your overall health including appropriate B12 intake. Incorporate self-care activities into your daily routine, such as mindfulness exercises, or spending time in nature. These practices can help reduce stress and anxiety. Reach out to a counselling psychologist who can guide you through appropriate coping strategies to manage anxiety as well as the relationship issues as navigating through this alone can lead to further stress. Take Care.

Hi... I would suggest you to take a medical opinion on this hypothesis. Yes, B12 deficiency may impact one's mental health and worsen depression and anxiety. But in your case, I believe there are other factors affecting your mental health more than this B12 deficiency. These factors may include your relationship issues, career, family, peer group, future, etc. Once these psychosocial issues are addressed using simple therapeutic interventions like CBT, etc. You will be in a much better state to deal with your presenting issues as well as core issues. Also, please regulate your routine in terms of proper and timely sleep, meals, exercise, and breathing/meditation. And keep your screentime/ digital exposure low.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychologist. CBT along with Lifestyle Changes and Interpersonal Guidance and Counselling is required. Consult a Psychiatrist to understand the impact of B12 deficiency on your mental health.
