Patient Santanu Purohut admited to KIMS Hospital Bhubaneswar with B/L Lower Limb Arterial Thrombosis on 22.10.2023. He is 63 year old. He has developed infection and some kidney issues during treatment. Doctors at KIMS not amputating his dysfunctional limb waiting for clear line of demarcation. All details attached herewith. We want to know following - 1 . Is this the right treatment that is being provided? 2. Any hospital we should shift him for better treatment?

Reports are not clear and complete. Needs CT angiogram of the patient and clinical pictures with all the blood reports.
