My testis  right epididymis normal as per ultrasound and mature sperm is forming in testis as per FNAC, report,but sperm is not coming in semen analysis, reason is unknown why I have no sperm count, Homeopathy treatment is on going for last 6 months but no relief got ,can anyone suggest me what to do for treatment
