My testis right epididymis normal as per ultrasound and mature sperm is forming in testis as per FNAC, report,but sperm is not coming in semen analysis, reason is unknown why I have no sperm count, Homeopathy treatment is on going for last 6 months but no relief got ,can anyone suggest me what to do for treatment

There can be chances of obstruction or infective pathology in the seminal vesicles due to pustular granulomatosis.
