Even severe stress can lead to Azoospermia. Have your testis sizes got shrunk? If so check FSH, LH, Testosterone level. If not, wait for 2 months get semen analysis repeated. If persistent Azoospermia get Tranrectal USG to evaluate your seminal vesicles & ejaculatory ducts. Finally if everything is normal and still you have Azoospermia, you will need testicular biopsy.
