Azithromycin dosage
I am a sore throat due to bacterial infection. My doctor has prescribed me Azithromycin 500mg tablet, once a day for 3 days. Can I take the first dose at night or should I wait till morning to start the dosage? Also, if I am taking the first dose at night, then when should I take the second dose, next morning or next night?

It is once a day and you can have it at night itself and have the medicine around the same time for 3 days also have an antacid along with it as it's likely to cause gastiritis and to be eaten after food.
