He had little ear infection. Last time dic prescribed azithral but his weight was 33 kg that time.

According to his weight Azithromycin dose is 500mg once daily for 3 to 5 days. But in this case Azithromycin is not suitable as desired antibiotics. Don't give medication According to your choice. As it is earache complaint before starting any medication show to ENT specialist

For ear infection, Azithral caries no meaning.
You required oral decongestant (Diominic DC A), ear drops that melt the wax (soliwax ear drops) and pain killer (like combiflam) as an when required.
Azithral 500mg whole tablet, but not recommended for earache.
