Please help dosages and frequency in a day for Kufril syrup for below kids: Kid 1 - age : 2 years, weight: 12 Kid 2 - age: 4 years, weight: 16 Kid 3 - age: 11 years, weight: 42

For 2 year kid use kufril drops 1.5ml twice daily.              For 4 year kid use kufril syrup 5 ml twice daily.for 11 year use kufril syrup 7ml three times daily .
