Taking kaadha as an immunity booster is questionable to me. It might be harmful and cause heavy metal poisoning if used for a longer duration.
It has only role at the time patient is having active symptoms and Upper respiratory tract is congested. The consumption of hot kaadha helps in relieving the congestion. Nothing more then that.....

It might be helpful ,but donot give you any guarantee ,of not geting covid .use saftey measures like mask ,hand washing and sanitiser ,avoid going outside un neccesorly
Yes its helpful in fighting covid 19 by boosting immunity.
BUT remember it can not prevent you by getting infection.
And once infection occures you need to check extent of disease by reports and need to take proper medications.
