Hi, Shatavari is the best nutritional supplement for woman. It is available in capsule form. It can be taken 2 tabs per day safely, preferably empty stomach. Ashokarishta is the another important health tonic for women. It helps to regulate hormonal imbalances, works as a uterine tonic and a blood purifier. It cab be taken 10ml before meals normally for good effects. However, it is always good to consult a physician for personalized treatment. Best wishes!

We call it Rasayana and they are based on the constitution or Prakruthi of an individual. It is better to get a prakruthi analysis done by an Ayurvedic doc for a appropriate Rasayana.
