How to know my axial length of my eye ...I m a high myopia...whats the axial length importance ???...

Axial length is the length of the eyeball..  Myopia means u have a longer than normal eyeball.  To measure AL,  we do an A scan of the eye. AL is important while calculating the IOL power when we do cataract surgery. Because u have myopia,  u need to get ur retina checked once a year
