Avulsion fracture of PCL
I have bony avulsion fracture of PCL. fracture bone fragment is mildly displaced posterosuperiorly and measures approximately 16 X 15 X 10 mm. All other Ligament are intact. Does this require surgery or just 4 week plaster is enough to be cured?

PCL is very strong, important and last ligament to rupture. It is important for posterior stability of joint.
Next Steps
I would reccomend 100% fixation as plaster for pcl are difficult in terms of positioning the knee in flexion, there is very high patient dissatisfaction and stiffness. Also, rehabilitation is delayed.
