AvPD(Avoidant)
From childhood, i am having Avoidant Personality Disorder. I went to the doctor recently & they confirmed it. But one thing i want to understand is even in empty house, my brain keeps on searching for signals of fear. Due to this i can't focus on any task or work. Surprisingly, from childhood i have avoided work and relationships even with my family members. I get exhaust early even in thinking about that task(Shh... Oh My God, it is so complex) & also when i don't get what i desire(in case of work). For eg:- 1. If i have to find a spoon and the spoon is just before me, i will look atleast my times from corner to corner & i will not find. And after that i get exhausted. 【But while searching or scanning through my eye, i cannot just check one spot at a time i.e. while incompletely checking first spot, i jump to another one】 2.While reading book, same thing happens. I read one to three words but jumps to another word without even finding the meaning of previous words. Do shed some light.

You seem to be having symptoms of anxiety superficially.. however I want to know a few more things so that I can be clear about your diagnosis before I can help you out.
