Avoiding covid infection
Hi doctor, yesterday evening I went to a restaurant and it got crowded suddenly and almost everyone were not wearing mask. I am fearing I might have got infected. I have taken 1st dose of vaccine and 2nd dose is scheduled for next week.
My query: If I am infected yesterday how to stop it's progress even before any symptoms starts showing up ?

No way to stop. Do warm water gargles and steam inhalation 3 times a day. It might help.
Look out for signs of covid and get RTPCR test done if symptoms develop.
