Iam suffering from avascular Necrosis of hip. Can I approach for physiotherapy for this problem

Yes you can consultant physiotherapist and get some relief in pain and strengthen hip muscles . but if pain is severe then you must see good Orthopedic surgeon for core decompression or hip replacement .
