Yes. Hypothyroidism can cause menstrual abnormality which in turn can cuse infertility problem.even if she gets pregnant,treatment is necessary as it affects the physical and mental growth of the baby.

Yes the TPO antibodies are not friendly to the pregnancy. But there's a way to keep them under control with good lifestyle and supplements. Please read my blog on thyroid pill. Hope that helps.
