Auto immune disorders. Please help!

I have been fat since 9th. I have autoimmune thyroid and borderline personality disorder and a slip disc. I have swelling under my ear and it increases and pains frequently. I have low mchc(31.57) high rdw(14.8), lymphocytes(45.2), esr(19) was 78 by wintrobes. Crp6.1. I had wysolone 2.5 for two years after hypothyroid was detected. Ama was 271. i changed doc in oct 15 and now i am having only thyronorm. I feel i have other auto immune related diseases. My feet remain cold. I have hirusitism. Swollen under ears. I have tingling if i do any work in a specific position even for 5 mins. I fall down often. If i get hurt it becomes blue instantly. Bleeding gums. I hva e vomitting sensation all the time. I started gymming and now have muscles.. Which i cannot lose. I had high testosterone levels. I dont have any specific idea what it is now. my knee has a searing pain.. Sometimes.. And it disappears as soon as it comes. Please help
