I am 26 years old and I am using sonamuki powder for last 7 days for my contisipation problem ,and I get some relief for my problem at present and my question is shall i use this powder continuesly for longer period,pl reply

Yes you can If constipation is more try to take syrup Cremaffin plus 10 ml bedtime
