Hi ADHD is not about someone else not paying attention to u it’s about u being unable to pay attention to your daily tasks n activities. Lots of other issues r also included. So instead of self diagnosing and feeling scared I’d advise u to go to a clinical psychologist to get yourself assessed.
Next Steps
Find a good clinical psychologist and get yourself evaluated

Hi Thanks for reaching out. You were a very social person before the pandemic, however, after the pandemic, you feel you are not able to get attention from people. After the pandemic you are not able to enjoy good conversations and interactions. You are not able to focus on work, and you are not feeling confident. During the pandemic, a lot of people had to get accustomed to certain changes such as work from home and maintain social distancing. After the pandemic, going back to office might have been stressful for some people because they had gotten used to working from home. Going through certain changes during and post pandemic might have triggered anxiety, and low self-esteem. You feel you have trouble concentrating. I suggest you consult a psychiatrist for diagnosis and consult a psychologist for counselling sessions. Be patient with yourself, with the help of counselling sessions you will feel better.
Next Steps
Consult a psychiatrist for medical diagnosis and consult psychologist for counselling sessions.
Health Tips
Contact me for counselling sessions. Along with counselling I can suggest natural foods to calm the mind.

understand that you're feeling concerned about your social relationships and work performance, and you suspect that you may have ADHD symptoms. It's important to consult with a healthcare professional, such as a mental health specialist, for a proper evaluation. They will be able to assess your symptoms, discuss your concerns, and provide you with a comprehensive evaluation to determine if ADHD or any other condition may be contributing to your difficulties. They can also provide appropriate treatment options and support tailored to your specific needs. In the meantime, there are some general strategies that may be helpful in managing attention and focus: Create a structured routine: Establish a daily routine and schedule to help you stay organized and focused. Break tasks into smaller, manageable steps and set specific goals for each day. Use visual aids and reminders: Utilize calendars, to-do lists, and reminders to help you remember tasks and deadlines. Digital tools, such as task management apps or reminders on your phone, can be particularly useful.

Hi.. ADHD is a completely different disorder and nothing you have shared above precipitates this diagnosis. If you are unsure about your condition please consult a Psychiatrist for a medical diagnosis. Typically, the issues you have mentioned above are purely psychosocial in nature, therefore psychotherapy is the best treatment available. Therapeutic interventions using therapies like CBT has been found to bring effective results in such cases. But you have to be regular with your sessions to yield good results.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychologist. CBT along with Interpersonal Guidance and Counselling is required.
