I had afib 2 months ago. Had a cardioversion to get me back in sinus. Then was on blood thinners for 6 weeks and been off them for 2-3 weeks. I’m still actively on diltiazem since 2 months ago. Need to do holter for 48 hrs. On dilzem tab. Only and see still AF coming or it is just sinus tachycardia and need to modify dilzem dose
