Hello. I understand that u have chronic urticaria, Sheetapitta in Ayurveda terminology. You can approach a nearby Ayurveda doctor for a Virechana or a Vamana Karma as necessary. You can use Haridrakhanda granules 2 tsp twice daily with lukewarm water just after food and Cheriya Madhusnuhi Rasayana 2 tsp at bed time for 3 months. the problem will be solved. Speedy recovery.

Hi there...I can understand your concern. It looks like you are suffering from chronic urticaria. They are many causes for it like food alleries, gastritis, dental carries, recuurent uti, autoimmune, idiopathic. It is very difficult to pinpoint the cause in chronic urticaria. You will need blood investigations and autologous serum skin test. Since the disease is getting under control with antihistamines like fexofenadine (allegra) you can continue the tablets. It will take a few years for the disease to go under remission. You can consult a dermatologist for further evaluation.
