Atopic dermatitis and Rhinitis
My brother has itchy skin whenever the summer season starts on his hand and legs. This problem has started 6-7 years before. And it is continue. The Itchy skin completely and fully resolves when Winter season starts In month of oct without any treatment. And then it again starts in the month of March. doctor Said it is atopic dermatitis and Rhinitis. Can atopic dermatitis be seasonal ? Or Is this only rhinitis, which is caused by seasonal allergy? When he took levocetirizine the symptoms cleared. And when Stopped it started. Plz help ... thank you...
