Ate goat lung refrigerated 2 days at 3°c
I ate cooked goat lungs which was refrigerated at 3°c for two days instead of at -18°c. I am bit worried, if this would cause any harm to me. I ate the food in the afternoon. So far I haven't got any issues. But I am quiet worried. Kindly advise if I need to take any precaution as the meat was refrigerated at 3°c and it was not kept in the freezer at -18°c.
