At the end of moustache

Asked for Male, 23 Years

I am having rashes, acne or pimple type of thing in a group at the end of moustache... They are from 10 days...They are not itchy at all...but they are there... I dont know they are growing or not but they are not getting diminished... i will be attaching a image of the affected area... Please advice me accordingly...
