Two years old tested positive No symptoms from 10 days. My question is after home quarantine what to do ...?

You can repeat test and if negetive then also do 10days more quarantine.

Quarantine for 14 days from day of symptoms and monitor spo2 level and keep in touch with doctor...

Children are super spreader of disease so make sure to isolate child essentially for atleast 10 days if no symptoms and 14 days if mild symptoms with 3 days of essentially asymptomatic period. No need to repeat test.
