Asthma breathing problems
My mother 46 years old she is suffering from breathing problems since from 2 days I don't know what to do pls help me to control this but she is fine now but she take difficult to breath little bit .she don't have any symptoms of corona it's happen every year but now covid is there pls help to overcome no doctors are available now due to covid

Hi don’t worry if this is a seasonal issue it could be asthma, if this has come for the first time suddenly with no their symptoms rule out cardiac issues. Don’t panic video consult a physician immediately if you have a pulse oximeter at home check her saturation: oxygen levels at home. If oxygen levels are 94-100% it’s normal ; if below 94% immediately contact your nearest healthcare provider, hospital or clinic . They will investigate further with complete blood count, chest X-ray and ecg. She might need further testing based on these results. Keeping your mothers age in mind would advise you to immediately video consult any physician or go to a nearby hospital. If your mother is on inhalers let her take it thrice a day along with steam inhalation.

Has she been diagnosed with asthma ? Breathing difficulty could be due to a variety of reasons . Rule out any cardiac issue .
