Hi. I understand your concern s. Asthma is a chronic disease which can not be cured but can definitely be controlled so that you can have a symptom free life ahead. So it needs a regular follow up and evaluation with pulmonary function test which is needed for the diagnosis as well as to assess severity of asthma based on which treatment can be started. Consult a pulmonologist for the same
