Your problem is not Asthenospermia but it is Teratozoaspermia.
Motility is 45% . So astheno factor is not important . But normal forms are only 2% .
I think it is better to approach an IVF Centre. Natural conception is possible but chances of abortion in early pregnancy will be high.
Go fr blood work up n scrotal Doppler to find out the reason fr abnormal analysis
The medicine prescribed by ur treating dr should be taken for 3 months
Repeat semen analysis after 3 months
It's not an major issue
But u l require medication..
