Asthama n coughing
She has asthama n recently has lots coughing.She has kanakasav ayurvedic syrup thru which she got some relief.She also had kasakesari medicn for 4 months n hd gud effect.But recently her coughing is going on frequently.So what can b done?She maintains her diet.

masage mustard oil on chest.avoid curd,peanuts,frmntd ,bakery items. dinner must be before 7pm. drink luke warm water whole day. and consult ayurved physician.
