My doctor prescribed aspirin 150 once, susten 300 and duphaston 10mg twice daily. Is This much dosage really necessary? I had missed abortion once previously

Hello dear user if you have one abortion you should find cause of abortion, and some test should be done like Torch test, Thyroid profile, and this hormonal support is needed to prevent abortion, and also avoid intercourse. Can consult me for more. Online

Having one missed miscarriage does not prove anything. It may or may not repeat.
Progesterone in any way will not help avoid a missed miscarriage. Use of Aspirin is also not warranted unless there is a proven need to give aspirin. No point in Empirical medication.
