I am an ASO positive patient.When i was 12 years old i got effected by this disease,then by consolating a child specialist i take penicillin medicine for 5 years.But later on by the unavailability of this medicine i take PENTIDS 800 by consolating the doctor.Now i am 23 years old but whether i am cure or not i do not know.And one or two days ago i fell pain in my heart.So what can i do sir now please give me a suggestion.

Usually penicillin prophylaxis is advised for 5yrs or 18yr of age whichever is later,after last attack.If you heart problems before you should continue till 25yrs
