her total cholesterol LDL and HDL are normal ,triglycerides is bit high
her liver function tests are normal ,dont worry about alkaline phosphatase
her fasting blood glucose is high at 151(should be lesser than130) and 2 hours post prandial is normal at 150 ,her 3months average HBA1C is 7.8% (desirable around 7%)
Its not easy to persuade someone to follow their medicine intake.
Next Steps
ask her to use omega 1000 daily -has good effect on trigycerides , diet modification and if you can encourage her to do 30 minutes exercise daily
