Ashwagandha tablets
Hello doctor, I'm using ashwagandha in the form of tablets without doctors prescription. Is it safe to use? if so what is the right time to take these tablets? Morning or night? Before food or After food? I'm currently taking 4 tablets a day. Each tablets contains 850mg of ashwagandha. Is it right? What are the benefits of Ashwagandha? I need some detailed explanation on Ashwagandha..I love taking this...found some notable relief..Help me..Thank you.

Ashwagandha is very good nerve tonic, gives strength to body n has lot of good effects. If you can tell for what purpose its taken we can suggest dosage and time of taking, as it is a natural medicine you can take little long duration not a problem.
