Ascoril plus syrup
Hi, I have allergic/bronchial cough problem for 12 yrs. Coughing starts in winters and gets severe. This year it started in November. Medicines/inhalers don't help much. This time I tried Ascoril plus syrup expectorant and surprisingly I saw some improvement in cough. It is such a big relief..though i can see about 50% relief so far, I hope it will help if I continue to take it. I have been taking it 3 times a day (10 ml) for last 3 days. My question is - how long can I take this medicine and what should be the dosage? As a side effect of this medicine, I can feel tremors in my hands.

Hi. I understand your concern. Ascoril or any cough syrup is not the solution for allergic bronchitis. Do a online consult for a detailed analysis of your symptoms and to suggest you further management plan and treatment for the same

Inhaler is better than syrups for asthma but you need the right inhaler and right technique of using it. You can get a consult for for further management
