Ascitic fluid
She was having stomach pain and her liver or stomach is filled with water so after different testing the report came "positive for malignant epithelial cells". What does it mean, what kind of cancer it is?

It mean that the fluid in the abdomen is having cancer cells. Get a CECT abdomen and pelvis, for evaluation.

Hello...... You must have attached report... You only said malignant epithelial cells. There are many structure beneath abdomen.. It could be abdominal or liver or retropertonial malignancy.... Doctor with do ultrasound or MRI scan to know site of malignancy, as if now it's not confirmed so get a scan done.....
