Hello, paya soup is good for its high in minerals and vitamin content, if you prepare well and don't add any ghee or oil to the soup. Also if she has high cholesterol please don't give her. You can give her only twice a week not more than that. Apart from soup you can switch to flax seed 2 tsp/day or fish oil capsule 2/day, these help as anti inflammatory and it will relief her pain bit. Hope you find these tips useful.
