  4. Arms Pigmentation. Can i do treat that.

Hi Doctor, I have got dark arms from past 3-4 years and some smalls bumps all over upper arm. Please suggest if this is pigmentation and what can I do treat that. Thanks.

It may be due to acanthosis nigricans which is pigmentation due to sedantry lifestyle. Sometimes it can also be genetic. It can be treated with exercise and creams. It is not advisable to prescribe without examining the patient. Kindly send photos using private chat for better understanding of the problem. Once diagnosis is made, then only we can prescribe some medicine. Please do not use anything without proper examination.
